Position Overview:
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing prescribed medications within a healthcare setting. This role includes managing prescription transfers, addressing incoming physician inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the system. The pharmacist utilizes their expertise and judgment to achieve objectives and carries out a variety of tasks that require creativity and independence. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate pharmaceutical care for patients.
2. Delegate pharmaceutical responsibilities to other pharmacy team members.
3. Ensure the highest quality and safety in medication therapy for patients.
4. Manage the procurement of pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances and essential medications.
5. Adhere to established formularies and procedures for exceptions when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 0-1 years; Preferred: 2-4 years
- Required Licensure/Certification: Current and Active Pharmacist License in Florida
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field
