We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Movie Theater Host. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience at the movies.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests as they enter and provide them with menus and answer any initial questions.
- Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas and help them to their seats.
- Assist servers in delivering orders to auditoriums in a timely manner.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with their food and service.
- Respond to complaints and help to resolve them.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions.
- A knowledge of the menu.
