About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Fulfillment Center Manager to join our team at Best Choice Products. As a key member of our Fulfillment Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center, ensuring seamless execution of our business processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fulfillment Center Manager in administering directives to supervisors and hourly staff
  • Monitor and enforce production standards for assigned departments
  • Lead and supervise a team of supervisors and hourly associates in outbound and inbound operations
  • Responsible for inventory control processes and overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience
  • Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression and learning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of direct experience in a related field
  • Direct management experience for a salaried employee population and its performance
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly
