Job Title: Lead Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team at rEnergySolutions/Reece Electrical Services. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Supervise and train junior electricians and apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct site visits to assess electrical systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement electrical designs and plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the electrical industry.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
