Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and mentor our team of BCaBAs and RBTs to ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct functional analyses and assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Design and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures to promote positive behavior change.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and family members to educate them on patient care and provide support.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification.
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
