Job Description

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Gund Company is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the Order Fulfillment Process for the Motor Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and influencing people and teams, communicating effectively, and providing clear direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop personnel in the value stream
  • Direct and coordinate all production operations
  • Manage machining operations, processing, treating, packaging, and shipping

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in management, or combination of education/experience, required
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a manufacturing industry, required
  • Knowledge of Quality Concepts (i.e. SPC, TQM, JIT) and Quality Systems (i.e. ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Zero Defects) is preferred

Work Environment:
