About Us:

SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a modern restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. Our establishment offers a unique dining experience with delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks. Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw, has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and nightclub business, creating an upscale dining experience.

Our Team:

We are seeking a part-time Restaurant and Lounge Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing craft cocktails, and managing the bar area during lunch and dinner service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve craft cocktails to our guests
  • Manage the bar area during lunch and dinner service
  • Restock ingredients and glasses as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of bartending experience
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Benefits:

  • Base wage of $4.00/hour
  • Earning potential of $300 - $500/day through tips
  • Minimum pay of $7.25/hour during slow shifts
  • 50% discount on meals during shifts
