Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Relocation Services Director to join our team at Hilldrup. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategic work activities related to healthcare and laboratory revenue, operations, and administrative services management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and profitable completion. You will be responsible for synchronizing client proposals, planning project scope of work, and collaborating with design, equipment, and transition planners to develop project proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Synchronize and plan client proposals, including project pricing and operational deliverables.
- Manage the coordination of healthcare relocations, recommending standard protocols, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, managing stakeholders' information and Purchase Orders.
- Negotiate timelines and communicate project phase completions, ensuring vendor coordination within budget and time constraints.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of related experience and/or training, and 12-18 months of management experience. Intermediate experience in MS Office, AutoCAD, and asset/inventory management is required.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
