As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and motivating technical staff
  • Assisting with billing out work performed on Repair Orders
  • Dispatching work to technicians
  • Monitoring shop productivity
  • Following up with work progress
  • Coordinating parts orders with the parts department
