We are in search of an Automotive Maintenance Specialist for our facility. Are you enthusiastic, highly driven, and exceptionally organized? Do you possess a strong commitment to safety and excel as a team player, collaborating effectively with fellow technicians and operational staff? This facility is involved in the production and distribution of essential gases. The position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is responsible for the upkeep of company-owned vehicles and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform necessary repairs on vehicles and trailers.
  • Document and record maintenance activities electronically using a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Execute road repairs as required.
  • Perform electrical and electronic repairs on vehicles and trailers.
  • Experience in gas and electrical welding is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical background with proficient computer skills.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills on 12-volt DC systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in welding are a plus.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and well-organized self-starter with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated solid work history.
