Emerald Health Services is seeking a Travel Radiology Technician

Shift: Days / 9a-9p, 12x3, 36 hours per week, including weekends

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

On-Call Requirements: As needed to fulfill unit demands. All units with on-call obligations require a 30-minute response time, as specified in the unit description.

Qualifications:
  • Valid WA License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower and Upper Extremities
  • Experience in Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU settings
  • Familiarity with PACS, Portables, and C-Arm
  • Current BLS certification
  • EPIC experience
  • ARRT certification
  • Operating Room experience is preferred
  • Preferred experience in Fluoroscopy Studies, Enema Studies, and Surgery/C-Arm
Additional Information:
  • First-time travelers are welcome (with 2 years of experience)
  • Equipment used includes Shimadzu portables and Siemens fluoro
  • COVID-19 Vaccination required (Medical/Religious exemptions considered)


On-Call and Float Requirements: As needed to meet unit demands.

Work Environment: Primarily in the X-ray department, with weekend shifts focused on Emergency Department and Inpatient care, including occasional swallow studies for stroke patients.

X-ray Procedure Experience:

  • Fluoroscopy Studies, Enema Studies, Surgery/C-Arm (Preferred)

Documentation: EPIC (Required)

Certifications/Licenses: BLS, ARRT, WA License (Required)

Uniform: Any color scrubs

All units with on-call requirements necessitate a 30-minute response time, as outlined in the unit description.
