The Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility is a state-certified program that provides short-term stabilization services for up to 8 youth aged 10-17. We are seeking a qualified Clinician to join our team and provide individual therapy and supervision to our youth population.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual therapy sessions to youth using evidence-based practices
- Supervise milieu group therapy sessions to promote positive behavior and coping skills
- Assist with admissions process, including paperwork completion and orientation of youth to the program
- Collaborate with the Youth Treatment Specialist team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Participate in weekly consultation, training, and supervision on the integrated treatment model
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or behavioral science field
- Training license as an Advanced Practice Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training
- Two years of experience working with children or families with significant life needs
- Valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance
$58,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
