Baker - Pastry Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts
Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs
Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards
Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields
Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide
