Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Windows 10 troubleshooting, Citrix environment support, and hardware troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-deployment support for large-scale deployments
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support a Citrix environment
  • Communicate effectively with end-users

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in desktop support
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting experience
  • Citrix environment support experience
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Strong communication skills

Work Environment:

Clinical setting, working autonomously and with a team

Additional Information:

Techs will work at multiple locations, including hospitals and physician sites. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to travel to different locations as needed.
