About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Amergis. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral programs for students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the EC Director to design and implement behavioral programs that meet the unique needs of each student
* Provide modeling and coaching to school staff on behavioral strategies and techniques
* Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed to ensure high-quality implementation of behavioral programs
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $60 - $62 per hour
* Weekly paychecks
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan
* Awards and recognition programs
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
* Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
