Position Details
">This position offers a highly competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including flexible PTO, healthcare coverage, FSA, HSA, short and long-term disability, and 401(k) with employer contributions.

Key Responsibilities
">The Senior Consultant will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions for our Federal government client. The successful candidate will have the ability to:

- Manage and execute project support, leading a multidisciplinary team of experts in areas such as human factors, customer experience, data analysis, and system design.">
- Oversee tasks such as creating project timelines, designing and developing prototypes, conducting usability assessments, and coordination efforts to drive project success.">
- Facilitate the use of authorized digital collaboration tools for both internal and external team members and participants.">
- Apply human-centered design methods, including data analytics, UX, and UI design, and human factors engineering.">
- Leverage various methodologies and tools to plan, manage, and implement transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timely delivery.">
- Collect and organize relevant data and assumptions for the proposed design, identifying information gaps and collaborating with essential members to develop patient-centered healthcare systems.">
- Build upon existing design artifacts to develop new and enhanced artifacts that align with project objectives.">
- Follow established guidelines for clinical processes, system-user interactions, and interface design, ensuring consistency with industry standards and proven methodologies.">
- Manage multiple direct reports, ensuring efficient planning, production, and delivery of program initiatives.">
- Manage multi-task contracts of varying complexity, sizes, and types, ensuring effective oversight and delivery.">
Required Qualifications
">To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, program management, communications, or related discipline.">
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program management or related fields.">
- Proven experience in managing a PMO and supervising staff, including the ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.">
- Experience in the creation of strategic communication materials for senior leadership or external stakeholders.">
- Curious and open-minded approach to work.">
- Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle.">
- Engage with technology, with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.).">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.">
