About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

The estimated salary for this position is between $16.00 and $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing cash registers, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
