Job Summary:
Sparks Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and providing exceptional employee support.

Responsibilities:
• Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using payroll software.
• Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Calculate and process garnishments and deductions in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and file state and federal payroll tax returns.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
Proficiency in payroll software.
Strong understanding of garnishment calculations and payroll tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication skills.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
