Key Responsibilities

The Environmental Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Promoting safety and ensuring compliance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.
  2. Analyzing environmental requirements, developing compliance frameworks, and communicating plant responsibilities.
  3. Representing Vulcan on environmental matters, establishing relationships with agencies, and participating in trade associations.
  4. Partnering with operations and sales teams, educating personnel on environmental compliance, and creating solutions to support business needs.
  5. Conducting frequent inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing consultants to improve returns and reduce costs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,090 to $118,500 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision programs, paid vacation, personal floating days, and paid holidays.
