We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Emerald Health & Rehab Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Administer nursing care, evaluate its effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and adherence to established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, address resident concerns, and promote a culture of excellence.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
- Current, unencumbered RN licensure in the state where you will be working.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
