Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software, to process prescriptions and manage inventory.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
