Position Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for adhering to established policies and procedures, effectively communicating with relevant personnel, and maintaining accurate records while providing necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary expert for the assigned team, overseeing the daily activities of Loan Representatives to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide assistance to branch managers and lending teams in the evaluation and processing of loan requests, addressing inquiries and offering solutions to any challenges encountered.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers regarding loan products, addressing specific inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
  • Maintain precise records of production metrics and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Engage in additional duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

All employees are expected to act as risk managers by understanding and addressing the risks associated with their roles, in alignment with the corporation's risk management framework.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, adeptness in multitasking within a dynamic environment, attention to detail, proficiency in general office equipment, and familiarity with job-related software including MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
