Grant Writer

College Track is seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team. As a Grant Writer, you will play a critical role in securing funding for our comprehensive college completion program.

• Develop and write grant proposals and reports that showcase our program's impact and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights that inform grant writing efforts.
• Conduct research to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of grant writing experience, with a proven track record of securing funding from foundation, corporation, and government sources.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and proposals.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and ability to create compelling narratives based on financial data.
• Experience working at a non-profit organization.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office requirements.

This position is exempt, with a salary range of $72,845 - $98,555, depending on experience.
