Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in gastroenterology to provide evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of California
- 2 years of experience in gastroenterology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of gastrointestinal disorders, including biologics, chronic diseases, ulcers, and Hepatitis C
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
