As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients and contribute to the development of effective therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.

Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.

Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

We welcome Physical Therapists at all experience levels, including new graduates. A licensed Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork is essential for this role.
