Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Shipping: Prepare shipments with USPS, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Transactions: Accept patient payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Record Keeping: File and retrieve various pharmacy records, including prescriptions, compounded drug formulation worksheets, and invoices.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean assigned work areas and equipment, adhering to established standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy Assistant License: Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, making sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a top-quality team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and management.
