Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Physical Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
  • Evaluate and analyze students' physical capabilities and limitations to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Create and execute individualized therapy plans to address each student's specific needs and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to incorporate therapy goals into students' educational plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
  • Monitor and record student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to school staff and parents on ways to enhance students' physical development and independence.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
  • Follow professional and ethical standards as per state regulations and school policies.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Experience in school or pediatric environments is preferred.
  • Must have a valid PT license and teaching certifications for Indiana.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members.
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and well-being.

Benefits:

  • Employment Type: W-2 Contract
  • Hourly Rate: $50-67

Interview Process:

  1. Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  2. Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute discussion with the School District
  3. Offer: Typically within 24-48 hours post-interview
