The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, outstanding budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The successful Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, training low-level managers and staff, creating and managing budgets, improving revenue, hiring employees, evaluating performance and productivity, analyzing accounting and financial data, researching and identifying growth opportunities, and generating reports and giving presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
