About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Mixer to join our team. As a Paint Mixer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our paint products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tint machines to mix paint to exact specifications
  • Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate production
  • Use an electric pallet jack to move paint bases from the warehouse
  • Verify colors match and put product back on the pallet
  • Complete paperwork and prepare product for shipment
Requirements
  • Ability to see color and notice minor color differences
  • Excellent attendance and commitment to safety
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
