- Collaborate with the Interventional Cardiology Chief to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior PAs, promoting professional growth and development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new PAs, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in leadership activities, contributing to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
- Physician Assistant license by New York State and certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Graduate of an accredited PA program.
- Cardiology experience preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Able to travel between Moses and Weiler campuses, as needed.
