Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment, including cash registers, fryers, and ovens, to prepare and serve food and beverages.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including taking orders and handling customer complaints.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
