Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to join our team at Remington Hotels. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and staff to resolve issues and improve overall guest experience.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our hotel remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hotel engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer
