About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social & Digital Art Director to lead our creative team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, visually engaging content for social media and paid advertising campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Social Media Art Direction:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media art direction strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to create engaging, on-brand content that drives results.
  • Studio Art Direction:
    • Direct and oversee photo shoots, ensuring high-quality, on-brand imagery that reflects our creative vision.
    • Work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to achieve exceptional results.
  • Paid Ad Art Direction:
    • Develop and implement effective paid ad art direction strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to drive results through creative and data-driven approaches.
    Requirements and Qualifications
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in art direction, with a focus on social media and studio produced shoots.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience creating visually engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Video Platforms, and other relevant design tools.
    What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
