- Motivate and inspire the store team, promoting a shared vision and modeling core values.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively with store teams and management to lead positive change.
- Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback to build leadership skills.
- Customer Experience:
- Model, teach, and promote exceptional customer service standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
- Recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast and efficient register experience.
- Talent:
- Support, implement, and provide follow-up for all training programs and seminars.
- Assist in the development of store associates, interpreting Key Performance Indicator reports and delivering coaching as needed.
- Drive associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate with customers.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
