  • Customer Experience:
    • Model, teach, and promote exceptional customer service standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
    • Recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
    • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
    • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Talent:
    • Support, implement, and provide follow-up for all training programs and seminars.
    • Assist in the development of store associates, interpreting Key Performance Indicator reports and delivering coaching as needed.
    • Drive associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate with customers.
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
