Mobility Therapist Consultant

Ardor Health Solutions invites experienced Physical Therapists to join our team in Mystic, Connecticut.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on 40 hours of work per week and an 8-hour shift. Please note that the salary may vary depending on individual factors.

This travel Physical Therapist role offers a unique opportunity to work with patients in various settings. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapies to promote patient recovery and independence.

• Assess patients' physical abilities, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapies, including exercises, modalities, and education, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
