Compensation Overview:

  • Hourly wages range from $21.00 to $23.95, with an additional 8% shift differential for facility hours. Starting pay is based on experience and location.

Shift Information:

  • Grave Shift hours from 9:45 pm to 6:00 am. Options include Grave Shift (S-T with mandatory overtime) or Grave Shift Rotating (7 days on, 2-4 days off).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery for the production of airbags, inflators, or components.
  • Ensure high-quality production through careful attention to detail.
  • Apply Autoliv Production System (APS) principles to enhance performance.
  • Monitor machinery, conduct inspections, and maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Train fellow team members and keep a tidy workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and support work continuity.
  • Assist during breaks and perform other assigned duties.
