Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, while enjoying a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $21.25-$26.90/hour, based on 4-Day Work Week
  • Sign-on bonus up to $1,500 for full-time positions

Requirements
  • Must be at least 17.5 years old
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
