Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Maintenance Coordinator to facilitate the safe and timely transport of mobile imaging equipment. This full-time role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

(85%) Equipment Transportation & Maintenance:

  • Safely transports imaging equipment to designated locations following a predetermined schedule.
  • Sets up and dismantles units in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company protocols.
  • Conducts preventive and routine maintenance in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Performs thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation vehicles.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of transportation equipment, including regular exterior washes.
  • Executes monthly maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Ensures that all tractors and trailers adhere to DOT regulations consistently.

(10%) Administrative Duties:

  • Keeps accurate logs, including electronic logs and fuel/mileage records, submitting them promptly.
  • Documents daily inspections and monthly maintenance activities for vehicles.
  • Completes and submits expense and time reports for supervisory approval.
  • Ensures that all units are equipped with current registrations, permits, and insurance documentation.
  • Communicates with clients and third-party vendors to confirm delivery and pick-up schedules.
  • Manages expense tracking within the financial system.
  • Coordinates payroll information with the payroll system.

(5%) Additional Responsibilities:

Performs other tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.
