Hospital Cleaner

Job Summary: MCM Staffing LLC is seeking a skilled Hospital Cleaner to join their team in Bartlett, TN. As a key member of the Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, discharge rooms, common areas, hospital operational rooms, and other spaces inside the hospital.
Follow all safety standards and protocol, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and other recommended items.
Assist in establishing and maintaining a safe, clean, and conducive environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Perform a variety of tasks, including dusting, damp mopping floors, stairs, and landing, and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Maintain hospital dress code and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Outstanding manual skills.
Ability to communicate using various methods, including pagers, overhead speakers, telephones, and cell phones.
Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
