This role collaborates closely with the client's Marketing and Digital Strategist to spearhead the design, implementation, and execution of various client initiatives, including nurture programs, scoring models, and analytics reporting.
This position demands exceptional communication and analytical skills, adhering to DemandLab's structured delivery process to fulfill client expectations and deliverables. The Martech Solutions Architect must possess the ability to actively listen to client objectives, document their requirements, and translate these into comprehensive solutions that outline milestones and timelines aligned with client goals.
Key responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of tactical elements that support the client's overarching strategy, considering the client's technological maturity and resource limitations. The architect is expected to employ data-driven methodologies, applying appropriate data analysis techniques and integrating third-party data sources into a cohesive data ecosystem.
As a solution-oriented professional, the Martech Solutions Architect is responsible for troubleshooting a variety of challenges that may arise during client projects, such as communication timing issues, record management, and third-party integration problems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in demand generation or marketing operations, with proven expertise in Marketo and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience with multiple marketing platforms is advantageous.
The delivery team utilizes an array of tools, including advanced project management systems and quality assurance processes. The Martech Solutions Architect must lead client projects in environments that leverage technology to deliver services efficiently while upholding the values of accountability, transparency, and timely collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions based on the current marketing technology landscape.
- Implement advanced lead scoring frameworks to enhance the lead lifecycle.
- Generate programming, reporting, and actionable insights for client acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Establish and test business processes for client-facing documentation.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of marketing and sales platforms, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative consulting and execution for marketing and sales technology platforms.
- Offer database management and governance recommendations.
- Develop revenue-focused reports with actionable insights for client strategy enhancement.
- Utilize a creative approach to leverage marketing, sales, and service technologies for various projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or demand generation.
- 4+ years of experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing data analysis.
