Job Summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dover, Massachusetts. As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in behavioral health nursing, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
