Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Installation: Properly plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, considering depth, placement, and spacing to ensure optimal growth and aesthetics.
  • Pruning and Cleanup: Prune shrubs and trees as needed, and clean up all debris to maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Weed Control: Pull weeds as needed and clean up any other debris or trash from landscaping areas to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Material Application: Apply rock and mulch to landscape beds to the appropriate depth to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
  • Bed Maintenance: Edge beds or establish new bed edges for landscaped areas to maintain a clean and defined look.
  • Irrigation and Hardscaping: Assist in irrigation and hardscaping installations as necessary to ensure efficient water use and durable hardscapes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on landscaping-related equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a high level of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months+ experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Self-motivated and a quick learner with strong social, organizational, and communication skills.
