We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular ICU team at Saint Agnes Medical Center Careers. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. This is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within three months of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family, and healthcare personnel.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as a member of a team in a stress-producing environment.
