Counselor - Residential Specialist

Meridian Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified and compassionate Counselor to join our team at Twin Town, St. Paul. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in the lives of our men participating in residential programming.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Counselor to provide chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist clients in their recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the 12 core functions and the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension.

• Perform assessments and communicate with organizational and community personnel to ensure accurate client care and efficient revenue collection.
• Provide chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist clients in their recovery.
• Manage a caseload and support group programming.
• Perform duties in accordance with the counselor supervisor's guidance and direction.

• Current Minnesota State Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor or an ADC-T license.
• Knowledge of the 12 core functions and the Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension.
