Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Functions:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture.
  • Demonstrate the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence) in all aspects of your job.
  • Provide excellent communication and computer skills to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Care for patients in all aspects of Labor and Delivery, antepartum, couplet, and newborn care.
  • Circulate in a c-section environment.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
  • Valid NJ RN license.
  • BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degree.
  • Prior experience in Labor and Delivery, Maternal-Baby, or SCN.
  • NRP certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
  • NICU or level 2 nursery experience.
