Job DescriptionWest Virginia Property Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Skilled Laborer to support our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, impact drivers, and more
* Assist team members with electrical and plumbing tasks
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Perform worksite and equipment inspections
* Meet deadlines for all tasks

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completed apprenticeships preferred
* Valid driver's license
* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
* Experience with hand and power tools
* Strong time management and interpersonal skills
