Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis at Newton Medical Center. As a CT Scan Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately interpret CT protocols and position patients for exams
  • Operate CT scanner equipment in accordance with radiation safety standards
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
  • Utilize EPIC-Radiant and PACS to schedule and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
  • Prepare and administer contrast material using power injectors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Completion of a 24-month AMA School of Radiologic Technology
  • NJ State RT License
  • ARRT certification
  • ARRT CT advanced registry
  • 1+ years of experience preferred
