Medical Director for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Job OverviewThis is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated physician who values clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes delivering high-quality patient care through open communication and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and their families, fostering strong relationships built on empathy and trust.
- Cultivate a culture of clinical excellence by staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in medicine.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, including a Triage RN and dedicated Medical Assistants, to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient administrative tasks.
- Possibly collaborate or supervise Advanced Practice Providers to enhance the quality of care and expand services.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care and improve overall practice efficiency.
We offer a flexible schedule with options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, allowing you to balance work and personal life. Your workload includes:
- Average outpatient volume: 20-25 patients per 8-hour day.
- Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative work hours.
- Flexible call coverage: Family Medicine 1:15 or Internal Medicine 1:7.
- Lab and X-Ray facilities are conveniently located within our practice.
