About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager - CARTOX Program at MD Anderson Cancer Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in complex, interrelated programs. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, faculty/physicians, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

Core Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level support to clinical, regulatory, and informatics efforts, including coordination of internal and external meetings.
  2. Project Management: Oversee special projects, including human resources, compliance, and FACT accreditation renewal application and inspection efforts.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain communications to support, enhance, and expand awareness of the CARTOX Program.
Qualifications and Compensation

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). The ideal candidate will have five years of project/program management experience, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments. We offer a competitive salary range of $91,000 - $136,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
