  • Cleaning: Perform tasks such as sweeping and mopping to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Waste Management: Prepare trash and recycling for collection while adhering to recycling protocols.
  • Minor Repairs: Conduct small repairs, manage supplies, and report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are fully stocked and clean.
  • Event Setup: Assist in setting up and dismantling for meetings and events.
  • Company Policies: Follow all company procedures and guidelines.
  • Coffee Station Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of coffee stations.
  • General Upkeep: Maintain the appearance of kitchens, public spaces, hallways, seating areas, and restrooms. Experience with snow removal is a plus.
